WHO ARE TO BENEFIT

The methods and the achieved results contribute to the understanding of the process of smart city management through the needs of the smart city managers, SMEs, and their trainers - all who are involved in the smart city innovation process as a target group.

SMART CITY INNOVATORS

These are individuals who are influencers and agents of change for an acceleration of the cities’ transformation into smart ones through the implementation of disruptive innovations. Although citizens are the most important stakeholders of the process of transformation of the cities because they are ultimate users of the smart city technologies in this project the target group includes a diverse group of company managers, technology developers, providers, designers, marketers mainly from the SMEs, their mentors, and trainers. The benefit of the process of mapping the disruptions will also have a broad group of the smart city developing decision-makers.
